Ealing Hospital NHS Trust is committed to ensuring that its site is accessible to all users.

We have made every attempt to make sure this website is accessible to as many people as possible.

Should you find something that you cannot access please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall do all that it possible to ensure that this is corrected. Please supply as much information as possible about the problem and on what page(s), thank you.

This site complies with the NHS Guidelines on Websites and also adopts the recommendations of W3C and is in the process of working towards achieving level AA (intermediate) of the WAI rates.

Site Layout

This site has been designed to comply with existing accessibility recommendations and standards and includes a low graphics and printer friendly version.

Alt-Text Tags

Images on this site are accompanied by a brief alt-text tag that identifies the image or its function. If you are using a graphic browser, alt-text tags are visible only if the browser's automatic image-loading feature is turned off.

Hyperlinks

Text hyperlinks are written so that they are understood when read out of context.

Skip Navigation

Each page on the site begins with a "skip navigation" link. Choosing this link moves the user directly to the main content of the page, bypassing the long list of navigational links which appears on every page. This permits faster and easier navigation for those using screen readers or for anyone using the keyboard rather than a mouse to navigate the site.

Access Keys
Access keys can help you move around the site quickly and easily using shortcut keys on the keyboard instead of having to use the navigation menu. Below are details for how to use Access Keys for your browser. If you are unsure which internet browser you are using details can normally be found under the 'Help' drop down menu at the top of the browser window.
