Mail is delivered to the wards each morning.
Please ask relatives and friends to address envelopes clearly with your name and your ward and address to Ealing Hospital NHS Trust, Uxbridge Road, Southall, Middlesex, UB1 3HW.
Staff would be happy to post any outgoing letters for you in the post box in the main entrance.
Telephone calls
Your relatives and friends will want to know how you are getting on. However, please nominate one person to telephone the ward for news and pass it on to others.
Public telephones are available on the wards at call box rates.
Mobile phone policy
Mobile phones may be used in public areas and waiting areas provided use is not causing nuisance to others. On wards mobile phone use is at the discretion of the senior nurse matron or ward manager. Use is not permitted in the intensive treatment unit, coronary care or special care baby unit.
