Who can become a member?

There will be two types of members of our Foundation Trust:


  • Public members – made up of patients and the public


  • Staff members


Public membership is open to anyone who is resident in:


The London boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow,

Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Brent,

and Harrow.


Patient membership is open to:


  •  Individuals who are over 16 years of age and are registered patients, or have been registered as patients at the hospital over the last three years who live in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Brent, and Harrow.


  • A patient’s carer may become a member if the patient is under 16 years of age or if they suffer from a condition which renders them unable to seek membership on their own behalf.


  • Not more than one carer may be registered as a member in relation to each patient with the exception of parents (or legal guardians) in which case both parents may seek membership.
