Safe delivery of patient care is central to the work of the nursing and midwifery team and in order to meet the challenges that present to us over the coming years, the nurses and midwives at Ealing have developed a Nursing and Midwifery Strategy.
The themes of the strategy were explored to identify clear action plans. The document will provide the framework to drive forward care delivery at Ealing in line with local needs and national policy, and will enable the nurses and midwives at Ealing to advance their practice tackling the main issues that present to us as challenges in the coming years.
